Dr. Wolf is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA degree. He had a combined major of psychology and pre-medical studies. He attended the University of Maryland Medical School where he received his MD degree. He remained at the University of Maryland Hospital for a medicine and pediatric Internship. He then transitioned to The Psychiatric Institute of the University of Maryland for a three year psychiatric residency. He was appointed Chief Resident in his final year.

More recently he completed a Certificate in Medical Leadership through the American College of Physician Executives followed by a Masters in Medical Management at Tulane University.

Dr. Wolf is Board Certified in Adult and Forensic Psychiatry as well as achieving the status of a Certified Physician Executive from the Certifying Commission in Medical Management.

Dr. Wolf has been a practicing psychiatrist throughout his career. He has concentrated on areas of specialization and expertise in forensic, Cross Cultural, Physical Disabilities and Substance issues as well as the general practice of psychiatry with adults.

Dr. Wolf has held a series of management positions including the position of VPMA/Medical Director for a state-wide healthcare system.

Dr. Wolf has utilized his extensive training, education and expertise in developing Wolf Healthcare.

Dr. Wolf is available for contracts relating to healthcare administration, medical and psychiatric forensic consultations as well as for psychiatric consultations and treatment through Wolf Healthcare Clinic.
